one of those moments

it happens periodically...
all four of my children... coming up with some creative idea.... and playing together in harmony... sometimes for five minutes.... sometimes for (gasp) an hour.
lately... when they have had these moments i have been taking the opportunity to escape and get some "me" time. but this time i decided i had better join in (and i thought to grab my camera on the way out the door). i am so glad i did. it is essential to get that alone time... but it is also so good for the mama's soul to witness the harmony too... especially when there is four of them... the moments of complete harmony are fewer and father between in this case. they were playing "store" outside of the shop. they built a structure... they made a sign.... they sold oranges, bananas, cheese, and water... it was perfect. i am so thankful that i witnessed (and captured forever) this wonderful moment.

  1. What a beautiful family you have and I can promise you will never regret just hanging out with them.

I wish there had been digital camera's when my babies where little, but at least I have a box full of photos! Babies grow up way too fast, but I was there in the thick of it too. :)
